Once a title order is received in our office, the information is loaded into our network and a remarkable process begins. Buyers and Sellers immediately receive detailed information about the closing process, the document involved, and the requirements of the closing. This information answers questions regarding:

  • Title Insurance
  • Hazard Insurance
  • Property Surveys
  • Funds needed for closing
  • Preliminary HUD-1s
  • Payoff Quotes

2. PERSONALIZATION
Buyers, Sellers, Agents and Lenders receive personalized attention from Pinecrest Premier Title. We strive to maintain a dialogue between all of the interested parties and our staff, which ensures that there are no unanswered questions at closing time. This is achieved by providing all interested parties with personalized information about the file.

3. ACCESS
Pinecrest Premier Title wants our clients and everyone involved in the transaction to have complete access to our staff so they can obtain whatever information they need to make the closing go smoothly and pleasantly.

Agents, upon the initiation of a Title Order, receive important introductory information on the file such as the representative assigned to the file, a map to our office, and direct telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses for our entire staff to ensure the fastest possible response time.

The Lender is offered several options in ordering a Title Search. Not only can the Title Order be faxed into our office, but we have also expanded our options to include emailing or the request or requesting it on-line via our website. ORDER TITLE HERE

Finally, the transmittal of loan documents has become vastly simplified by the availability of digital processing. We can receive an entire loan package via email or through any other medium that transmits digital documents in a matter of seconds. We are no longer delayed by waiting hours for a courier to pick up and deliver the document package. As soon as the information has been entered into the Lender’s computers, a simple click of the mouse instantly transfers the documents to our network. This technology saves hours and results in fewer delays in getting to closing.
